This progressive public organisation has recently appointed a CIO and as such will now embark on a large scale Digital Transformation.
We are looking for a Recruitment Project Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract to support with the processes for c.50 roles.
The successful candidate will project manager the Digital Transformation Programme effectively and efficiently within desired timeframes, ensuring compliance at all stages of the process with any relevant legislation and the Civil Service Recruitment Principles.
Experience of working within a Human Resources environment, with particular emphasis on recruitment and best practice across different employment sectors. Experience of successfully leading on change programmes and developing a team to meet business objectives.
Someone who is a proactive self-starter who wants to hit the ground running and make a real impact. You should be well organised with excellent IT skills, and the ability to manage multiple (and often conflicting) priorities on time and to a high standard.
