We are looking for a Systems Analyst to support, administer, and maintain the core IT Operations infrastructure for our customer. This includes server platforms, identity and directory services, DNS, DHCP, PKI, virtualisation, backup, patching, and associated cloud services.

You will provide 2nd and 3rd line infrastructure support, assisting with installation, maintenance, monitoring and continual improvement of the infrastructure services across the estate.

Key Skills & Experience:

Core Infrastructure

• Windows & Linux based HCI infrastructure
• Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
• PKI / ADCS infrastructure
• Server hardware and virtualisation platforms.
• Backup, patching, monitoring and recovery processes.

Cloud and hybrid services

• Entra ID
• Azure Virtual Machines
• Azure Desktop/Citrix experience
• Azure Backup, Azure Arc, Azure networking, Azure File Sync and patch management.
• Intune and M365 infrastructure services.

Supporting Technologies

• SQL and System Centre
• Windows and Linux OS
• Proxy services and related security platforms.
• Linux based virtualisation, including LXC
