I’m incredibly proud to share that Global Resourcing has been awarded a place on every Lot of the new Executive & Non-Executive Search 3 framework (RM6394).
As a small business, this is a huge milestone for us.
When we were first awarded onto the original iteration of this framework, we were a very different organisation in every way. Since then, we have built a genuine track record of delivering some of the most important senior appointments across government and the wider public sector.
We have established ourselves as a leading search partner at SCS1 and SCS2 level across Digital, Data and Technology, while increasingly delivering at Director General and non-executive levels.
Being awarded to every Lot of RM6394 is recognition of how far that capability has developed, but, more importantly, it gives us the platform for the next stage of our growth.
Our intention is clear; we will continue to grow our work at Director General and non-executive level and push strongly into a broader range of lower grades. And we will continue expanding into new markets like Local Government and Policing, where we believe our approach to search can make a genuine difference to public and non-profit customers.
We have never wanted Global Resourcing to become another traditional executive search firm; we want to challenge them.
For me, the market doesn’t need the same handful of large firms repeatedly delivering the same methodology at the same price points. It needs ambitious specialist businesses that understand their markets deeply, work harder to engage candidates, and who can demonstrate that they deliver.
I’m particularly grateful to GCA for running what I believe has been a sensible and accessible procurement process. Creating genuine opportunities for SMEs and new suppliers to compete for high-profile government work is exactly what public procurement should be about.
I’m grateful to the clients and candidates who have trusted us with increasingly senior and complex appointments, because our track record is ultimately what has allowed us to reach this point.
But most of all, I’m proud of, and grateful to, the Global Resourcing team.
We have come an enormous distance since that first framework award, and this one feels like recognition of the quality of work they have delivered along the way. I cannot thank them all enough.
RM6394 isn’t the destination, it’s the platform that gives us permission to go further. And believe me when I say this, we intend to…
