The role will involve a significant amount of telephone contact and sales, with regular face-to-face meetings and the potential for international travel.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Sourcing leads and ensuring that you proactively market both yourself and the company in a professional and constantly evolving manner.
• Telephone contact with potential candidates to ensure that you have a full and complete understanding of their requirements.
• Working consultatively with customers to provide innovative, honest and effective solutions to their sourcing challenges.
• Professionally representing the company at events.
• Meeting with and entertaining clients to foster incredible working relationships.
• Accurately maintaining a substantial database.
• Consistently driving towards a range of KPI’s.
• Demonstrating professionalism and high levels of motivation at all times.
