As a growing company with an incredible client base, we are now looking for a number of highly driven and ambitious sales professionals. The role will involve a significant amount of telephone contact and sales, with regular face-to-face meetings and the potential for international travel. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing leads and ensuring that you proactively market both yourself and the company in a professional and constantly evolving manner.
- Telephone contact with potential candidates to ensure that you have a full and complete understanding of their requirements.
- Working consultatively with customers to provide innovative, honest and effective solutions to their sourcing challenges.
- Professionally representing the company at events.
- Meeting with and entertaining clients to foster incredible working relationships.
- Accurately maintaining a substantial database.
- Consistently driving towards a range of KPI’s.
- Demonstrating professionalism and high levels of motivation at all times.
