Delivery consultants are fundamental to the business and assist both the account managers and consultants with the search for talent. This has been the entry point for a number of our most successful consultants. Working across the International talent pool, utilising networking and data mining skills, the delivery consultant will find the individuals who match the clients brief. It is a vital link in the recruitment process and the starting point of our training scheme.
Consultants are experienced recruiters who work directly with clients and develop new business. They work within niche vertical markets and use their knowledge and networking skills to offer both the client and candidates, options and opportunities. They understand the talent market and look to partner with clients to understand their needs. Consultants are continually looking for new business opportunities.
Account Managers are experienced recruiters who provide recruitment services to one or two key clients. They develop long term relationships with all business units within the clients operating structure, offering the very highest levels of delivery, often against agreed KPI’s. Their aim is to move from service provider to recruitment partner and seek to assist the clients in the strategy of hiring.
We always seek to promote within as part of our training and development programmes. Whether promotion is based on success over a sustained period or part of a fast-track initiative, we will support our staff all the way.
