My client are currently looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to join their Salesforce team on a 6 month extendable contract.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for the highest-calibre individuals who exhibit the following attributes, experience and skills, enabling them to deliver rapid value to our clients:

  • Architecting and delivering Customer centric platforms utilising complex integration patterns, across the suite of applications and AppExchange partners
  • Ideally acting as principal architect lead on at least one major project, reinforced by having delivered at least 3 significant projects in Sales, Marketing and/or Service solutions
  • Significant experience in key capabilities, including the following: o Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform Cloud, Chatter / Communities • Experience of multi-vendor solutions in particular some of the following; o CPQ, CTI/IVR, Payment, Knowledge Management, Marketing Platforms, Social Analytics, Identity Management (SSO)
  • Systems architecture, integration and data and content migration;
  • Implementing architectural governance and proactively managing issues and risks throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Knowledge of security and compliance regulations in relation to SaaS hosting
  • Detailed understanding of Salesforce governor limits, licencing and architecture
  • Experience in complex integration and associated best practices
  • A good understanding of application, information and infrastructure architectures.
  • Identifying and developing winning propositions, including solution definition and estimating
  • Developing winning proposals, leading bid submissions, and present Capgemini’s Salesforce expertise
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; excellent presentation and facilitation skills

Skills and Experience:

  • Successful delivery as the Salesforce solution lead on complex projects involving multiple SaaS applications & integrations
  • Must be at least DEV 401 Certified
  • Understanding and appreciating business outcomes and cost-drivers, and be able to discuss the commercial & business consequences of technical decisions made by yourself or others
  • The ability to develop productive client relationships at different levels of management
  • Developing winning proposals and leading complex bid submissions
