SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR

My client are a leading logistics and supply chain company based in Berlin. They have recently had Salesforce implemented as their chosen CRM and as such, need an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join their team and maintain their system to the standard required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily Salesforce support requests and administrative needs of users
  • Maintain user setup and the customizations of objects
  • Create validation rules and customize workflows
  • Perform bulk data uploads, data maintenance and cleaning activities
  • Build customized reports and dashboards
  • Communicate with all departments regarding status and details
  • Work with global Sales, Service, Marketing and IT Teams to deliver high quality solutions
  • Are able to show your professional skills and take advantage of our working culture

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Informatics or equivalent
  • At least 2+ years of experience with Salesforce
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving expertise
  • Understanding of relational database concepts and data management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English
  • Additional German skills are an advantage
  • Highly interested in delivering amazing solutions on business issues
  • Willingness to be outgoing and helpful
  • Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team
