An excellent opportunity to join a fast growing tier one strategic consulting firm. Our clients strategy team deliver corporate and international business strategies to some of the world’s leading companies, executing strategic advice and helping clients solve some of the most complex challenges facing them across key businesses topics. Strategy engagements typically deal with C-suite level issues and have a direct impact on the client’s revenue and profitability. The team uses rigorous fact-based, quantitative analysis to identify and prioritize strategic business and work. Consultant will help major organisations to derive strategic value through optimal alignment of their business.

We look for innovative, self-motivated problem solvers with strong quantitative skills who are able to thrive under pressure, work to deadlines as an integral part of a project team, and communicate effectively both internally and with clients. Analytical rigour, logical thinking and attention to detail are crucial as is the ability to step back and summarise conclusions succinctly. We are looking for professionals who ideally have hands-on strategy experience either internally in strategy or corporate development role or within a consultancy firm.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding academic background: Strong Master’s degree with rigorous business, analytical or quantitative focus
  • Years of Experience: At least 2 years. Ideally, at least 1 year experience from a consulting firm or within a strategic planning/corporate development function in a global organization
  • Consultancy background or equivalent experience in change and transformation project environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience including experience dealing with and resenting to senior management.
  • Demonstrable level of seniority and frequent interaction with the C suite
  • Sound knowledge of project planning and control techniques as well as demonstrable experience of budget and resource allocation responsibility.

  • Ideally candidates will be trilingual, Fluent in English Dutch and French (minimum of 2 of the 3 languages is mandatory)
