PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PA TO HR MANAGER)

Our client are recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to join them on a temporary basis in London. The successful candidate will be acting as the direct assistant to the local HR Manager.

Key Skills / Experience:

  • Managing the HR Manager’s calendar and diary
  • Administer HR-related documentation including letters and contracts of employment
  • Assisting HR Manager where necessary
  • Assist with employee administration
  • Answer and re-direct calls on behalf of the HR Manager, as appropriate
  • Assist with the planning and organising of events including meetings, company away day, and holidays

Personal Profile:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Approachable and warm personality with ability to engage people at all levels
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise whilst retaining attention to detail

Minimum required language knowledge (speaking+writing):

  • English
