PEOPLESOFT HCM SPECIALIST (FUNCTIONAL ROLE)

We are currently looking for a PeopleSoft HCM specialist (Functional role) for our client in Luxembourg.

Scope:

Assistance to “Upgrade PSFT HCM 8.9 -> 9.2 (Phase 2)” project, in providing the following tasks:

  • Demo new PSFT HCM 9.2 capabilities and enhancements to our business experts / SPOC’s (Single Point of Contact per Personnel business area)
  • Challenge the already known Business Requirements which have been collected during the Functional Workshops in the PSFT HCM Upgrade initiation phase to determine: 1.) Which new capabilities and enhancements could be beneficial for CUSTOMER 2.) Which customer customizations can be retired (i.e. going back to vanilla PS) 3.) Which customer customisations will be carried forward 4.) Which additional customer customizations will be required
  • Create detailed functional specifications for the position management module:
  • Perform a workflow assessment
  • Organize one or more ‘Solution Sessions’ with our business experts
  • Create detailed test-cases
  • Execute the system tests and report the identified errors
  • Lead the business through the UAT testing phase
  • Prepare the final Test-Report, required for the CCB (Change Control Board) meeting
  • During the project, the role of the consultant will evolve / further develop from Business Analysis into Test-Coordination, User Manual creation and End-User Training

Requirements:

  • A proven track-record of working in a similar role in the past
  • Experience with functional specifications creation
  • Experience with PSFT workflow
  • Experience with interfacing to and from PSFT
  • Experience with test-case creation
  • Experience with test-coordination
  • Experience with user-manual creation
  • Experience with Oracle UPK usage would be an advantage
  • Experience with the PSFT HCM Position Management Module
  • Experience with PSFT Global Payroll would be an advantage
  • Experience with the Oracle interaction HUB (i.e. PSFT 9.1 Portal) would be an advantage
  • Experience with PeopleTools 8.54 would be an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of English/French and, at least, good oral and written knowledge of French/English.
