CUSTOMER INSIGHT AND RESEARCH ANALYST

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented, experienced analyst to join a highly valuable team. Working in a Research and Insight Team, you’ll lead the development of effective, integrated insights into the individual customer experience. This vital information will then be used by our Business Development team to help increase our customer numbers.

You’ll help to process and ensure the quality of data from a variety of different projects. Your core responsibility, however, will be to work closely with departments across our organisation to synthesise a range of data sources and develop a single, integrated view of the customer experience, which will cover both operational and perception data.

The Ideal candidate would have previous experience with a retail organisation, working in an insight/ research analytical role.
