My client, a leading Salesforce global alliance partner, are expanding rapidly within the market. Due to the high demand of projects they currently have running, they are looking to expand their internal practice and revitalise the experience that they offer to their customers. As such, they are looking for an experienced customer strategy consultant to life the strategies that they can offer to the digital agency space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with stakeholders, identify the most important client business challenges, conduct analysis, and present strategic and digital solutions that align to the corporate sales, service and marketing strategies
  • Lead senior business stakeholders through transformative activities around the Virtuous Cycle, beginning with discovery through delivery of business value designed at streamlining business processes and implementing the right digital technologies to achieve optimal performance
  • Build relationships with constituents, including: clients, internal teams, and consulting/technology partners and agencies
  • Collaborate with sales during the presales/discovery stage to research and understand client business challenges and drive towards value-added digital strategy solutions
  • Contribute to the development of digital strategy delivery tools and resources, thought leadership, and client offerings through personal experience and perspective
  • Manage and lead resources assigned to projects and programs that are responsible for the design and implementation of cloud solutions designed to enhance client and worker experiences

Required skills:

  • A combination of the following:

○ 5+ years direct consulting experience leading sales, service and marketing transformation projects

○ 5+ years managerial experience

○ 10+ years of broad general business experience and knowledge across many disciplines including; Marketing and Sales Operations, Business Process Analysis/Improvement, Call Centres, Project Management, Leadership Facilitation, and Change Enablement

  • Progressive and professional experience leading/supporting Sales, Service and Marketing transformation for large scale global projects spanning multiple vertical markets
  • Experience with challenging current thought process and status quo of business stakeholders, regardless of the audience
  • Proven ability to guide clients through Digital Workplace or Digital Customer Journey transformations
  • Experience working with third party agencies, such as media and creative
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating and communicating with a diverse set of people across groups and organisational levels
  • Enthusiastic, professional and confident team player with a strong focus on client success who can present effectively even under adverse conditions
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work independently, prioritise multiple objectives in a rapidly changing environment, and ensure delivery of quality products
  • Possess the ability to influence various stakeholders and strategic direction without direct control/authority
  • Executive level communication skills and experience interacting with various levels of stakeholders
  • Strong written skills including the ability to synthesise information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Current Marketing Automation certifications are preferred
