We are urgently looking for a BA / BPM specialist for Luxembourg.

DESCRIPTION OF TASKS;

The main tasks of the business architect are:

  • Prepare functional analysis and business case related to HR IT projects (HRM, PEOPLE, ERAPNOT, TRAINEES, PAPER LESS and when necessary participate to some important analysis related to Streamline)
  • Any other analysis requested in relation with Human Resources IT projects
  • The BPM to be conducted is framed by the customer Business Architecture framework, BPMM4EP, standard used by the customer.
  • GAP Analysis between old HR system to new HR system
  • Update models of process documented before
  • Identify impacts to other HR applications or manual procedures used by the services
  • Define plan of actions and proposals.
  • Participate in change management actions

Technical skills

  • 3 years’ BA / BPM experience
  • Experience on the modelling tool ( Aris ) will be a plus
