Our client are searching for an Arabic speaking Business Analyst to join them on a long term contract position in Saudi Arabia. The candidate should have extensive banking experience and should be fully competent in all areas of requirements gathering and documentation.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Should have worked for at least 18 to 24 months on project(s) related to the Capital Markets industry
  • Should be well-versed with the following areas within the Capital Markets, viz. Asset Management, Trading, Brokerage, Anti-Money Laundering
  • Ability to work closely with the Client and Business team to Understand, Elicit & Capture Requirements into a structured business requirements document
  • Should have hands-on experience as a BA in IT project(s)
  • Should have a good understanding of Functional testing and creation of Test plans
  • Ability to transform the requirements document into a Functional Design Document
  • Should Understand the necessity of project standards and apply them consistently, develop internal and external objectives by prioritizing multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to anticipate client needs before they arise and presents solutions to project management that encompass issues at hand.
  • Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust with fellow Innovators. Assumes additional responsibility without being asked.
  • Should encourage fellow team members to make innovative contributions and embrace new ideas. Proactively initiates, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with team members.
  • Ability to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies on a time to time basis. Share acquired skills with team members through formal and informal channels.
